1. Agreement
By installing, enabling, or using Navelis Invoice, the Shopify merchant agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If the person installing the application acts for an organization, that person confirms authority to bind it.
2. Service
Navelis Invoice provides invoice and credit-note preview, delivery, history, design, automation, and export features for Shopify orders. Features may evolve, and material changes will be communicated through the application or updated terms.
Document history is a rolling convenience feature. When configured service capacity is reached, the oldest history records may be removed to preserve newer deliveries. Navelis is not a statutory accounting archive; the merchant remains responsible for exporting and retaining invoices and credit notes for the legally required period.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and legal sufficiency of invoices, taxes, numbering, company details, and templates.
- Select when documents and transactional messages are sent.
- Have a valid basis for customer-data processing.
- Export and retain invoices, credit notes, and other records for the periods required by applicable law.
- Secure Shopify accounts and restrict staff access.
- Review generated documents before statutory use.
Navelis does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
4. Acceptable use
The merchant must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security or availability, access another merchant’s data, upload malicious content, probe systems without authorization, or use generated documents to deceive customers or authorities.
5. Data protection
Navelis processes customer and order data only to provide and secure the service as described in the Privacy Policy. The merchant acts as controller or business for customer and order data; Navelis acts as processor or service provider on the merchant’s documented instructions expressed through the Shopify installation and application configuration.
6. Availability and support
Navelis aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Product support enquiries can be sent to support@navelis.ai; privacy requests must be sent to privacy@navelis.ai.
7. Suspension and termination
Navelis may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, or material breach. The merchant may terminate by uninstalling the application. Uninstall triggers the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy, subject to encrypted backup expiry.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The merchant must verify generated documents. Navelis is not responsible for merchant-supplied content, incorrect tax or legal configuration, Shopify outages, or failures caused by third-party systems outside Navelis’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional limitation of liability will be completed after the operator’s legal identity and jurisdiction have been formally confirmed.
9. Changes to these terms
Navelis may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes receive a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Governing terms
The operator’s final legal identity, registered address, registration number, governing law, and competent courts must be inserted before public App Store submission. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections that apply to the merchant.
